Colabora Gabriela Cuevas en reporte de Comisión Covid-19 de The Lancet

Gabriela Cuevas Barron, exalumna de la Licenciatura en Ciencia Política del ITAM, colaboró en el reporte: "The Lancet Commission on lessons for the future from the COVID-19 pandemic", de la Comisión Covid-19 de The Lancet. Este reporte busca contribuir a la nueva etapa de cooperacón internacional basada en instituciones de las Naciones Unidas fuertes para reducir los peligros causados por el Covid-19.

En el texto se provee un marco conceptual para entender las pandemias, la cronología de la pandemia de Covid-19 y finalmente se presentan recomendaciones de políticas públicas.

Actualmente, Gabriela funge como Presidenta Honoraria de la Unión Interparlamentaria y copresidenta del Comité Directivo de la UHC2030.
